A darker piece, inspired by artwork from the Silent Hill video game series.
Like many others, it started as a sketch I had laying around for a long time and decided to try some coloring using Photoshop.
One of the things that differed from the concept to the final piece is the nature of the villain depicted. On the original concept, it was a faceless creature with a human-like figure, while in the finished image it's definitely a human being. I did that because I wanted to work on the creature on a later piece.
